Global Web Builder offers unlimited revisions based on the selected package. Clients can request revisions without additional charges, but the overall design and concept will remain the same. Revision requests will be processed within 48 hours.
Global Web Builder is committed to 100% customer satisfaction through our free Revision Policy, allowing you to enhance your initial design without extra fees.
In the case of duplicate charges due to processing errors, unmet special design requirements, or failure to meet the delivery policy, you are entitled to a full refund of your design order.
For purchases exceeding $5,000, refunds, if approved, will be processed in multiple installments.
If you are dissatisfied with the design services provided, you may submit a refund request within five days of receiving your initial designs. No refund requests will be accepted after five days unless under special circumstances.
Refund Breakdown:
Refund requests must be submitted through our support team, and Global Web Builder reserves the right to approve or deny refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
To claim a refund, please contact us via your account manager, phone, chat, or email. We will attempt to resolve your concerns through revisions first. If necessary, you will receive a refund request approval from our department.
Upon refund approval, Global Web Builder retains the design rights, and you will no longer have the right to use or display any design versions provided. Ownership of all design content will be transferred to the company.
The Account Area serves as the primary communication channel for design feedback, queries, and additional instructions. It is your responsibility to regularly check and use this area. Not doing so will not be grounds for a refund. For assistance in using the Account Area, feel free to contact our support team.
All design orders are delivered through the Account Area by the delivery date specified in the “Order Confirmation.” You will also receive an email notifying you of the delivery.
We offer a RUSH DELIVERY service where you can receive initial design samples within 24 hours for an additional $75. For more information, contact our 24/7 Customer Support.
We store finalized design files for three months after delivery. If you need the files after this period, we can redesign them for an additional fee.
Global Web Builder will only be held accountable for communication through emails from our domain (e.g., “…@globalwebbuilder.com”) or our toll-free number, as listed on our website. We are not responsible for any correspondence outside of these channels.
To access Global Web Builder services, you may need to provide registration details or other information. You agree that the information provided will be accurate, current, and complete. Global Web Builder reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if this information is incorrect.
We are authorized to keep your credit card information on file for recurring services, additional development hours, or server requirements related to your project, with prior notification from our representatives.
We provide 24/7 Customer Support to assist with your queries and concerns. Feel free to reach out at any time.
If a client remains non-responsive for more than 45 days, the project will be deactivated without a refund. You may request to hold the project for personal reasons. A reactivation fee of $150 will apply to resume any project after 45 days of inactivity.
Certain services offered by Global Web Builder may involve third-party vendors. By using these services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party vendors, which may be subject to change.
While we assist with integrating third-party plugins and APIs, we strictly adhere to standard functionality. Any third-party dealings outside the scope of development will require a separate fee agreement
